These are just a few quick photos of the "Built from surplus" W7EME style
concrete plant on the mighty Nestucca river in S. Tillamook County, CN85be.
Purchased at
federal sale,
from the Hanford
Nuclear facility,
this 140 foot
conveyor feeds
overhead
aggregate
storage, six
products
700,000 lbs
worth stored
over the weigh
batcher.
Conveyor shown
here hoisting to
it's captive
position.
The only New
materials in the plant
are these complex
mitred 20" heavy I
beam legs for the
silos. Shown here
ready for paint and
load cells.
Silo number being placed on the custom
legs. Fully laden vertical load, 240,000
lbs, I, II or III type cements are dispensed
here, type III, V or silca fume products
dispensed from small silo behind. These
silos purchased in eastern Oregon, the
small one from Antelope! Remember the
Bahgwan cult? Yep.....a piece of history
right here in Tillamook!
Yours truly W7EME
attacking my computer
system. I built with 6
different PIC controllers
and Windows software.
I have 212 control
points on the plant
now. 7 aggregates, 3
types of water (Hot,
Cold and Nitrogen), 7
admixtures, 6 cements,
a multitude of valves
and bin gates as well
as several cement
aeration systems. Lots
of surplus in this photo!
Another photo of
yours truly, I am
happy to be atop
the overhead
conveyor, fits
perfect! Not bag
for only a piece of
string and a simple
laser! ....  Sitting
here on the head
pulley, I think it
shows
Silo 1 in position,
weight batcher
hung. Notice
homebrew feed
system under silo
1? Lots of
aeration and the
use of very fine
Blain cements and
sila fume, allows
me to produce
Extreme
compressive
strength concrete
for the massive
homes, Seismic 5
rating beach front.
Deep earth
foundation
begins.
Rated
Seismic V,
by choice as
no county
permitting
was done.
