If you have research projects to launch, expand or continue, we offer FREE housing of your
apparatus with the following requirements:
- You must be affiliated with a School, University, Research Facility or Government Municipality.
- You must maintain your own apparatus/project.
I provide security, includes 24/7 video surveillance, monitoring through the WWW and am the Key
Holder. This is Private Property and your access is as a favor to your research.
For all intents and purposes, this property, towers, roof top footage and in ground housings are
for research, not for profit.
These properties are very near the Northern 45th Parallel, Beach Front. As the State of Oregon
owns all of it's coastal boundaries, direct access to the Pacific may only be done through
temporary access via foot or vehicle, no Permanent installations of equipment may be performed
on Oregon Public Lands without permits. I can help with the latter if needed.

involvements of Wave Energy Generation, telemetry for the latter, Global Climate Studies, Seismic
Studies and Monitoring, Tsunami Detection, Native Fauna and others.
